Salespeople are working under brokers so they are given a fixed percentage of the profit that is earned from the sales they make.
Responsibility: Brokers have a higher level of responsibility compared to salespeople. They are responsible for overseeing the activities of salespeople and ensuring that they comply with all state laws and regulations. Also, they have to manage a team of salespeople so they have to ensure that they are working properly and under the set regulations. Salespeople, alternatively, have less responsibility as they are not running the business.
