Rudn Enclave Extends the Deadline for Surcharge till January’s End

The society management had predetermined sufficient time for the payment of all applicable dues and installments but unfortunately, it had to face countless delays in the payment of said dues. This delay in the payments creates funds deficiency for society and hence disrupts many of its matters; such as taking care of development work, possessions, and official events.

Keeping in view that there are members who have not paid even a single installment against their plots and upon the request of numerous end users and customers, Rudn Enclave extended the deadline for surcharge till January 31st, 2023.

The date for the surcharge notice was previously extended from 31st December 2022 to 15th January 2023 but the attitude of customers towards the payment of dues remained non-serious. Therefore the management has declared the extension till 31st January to be the last compensatory policy implemented for the surcharge. As per sources no further extension will be provided to the customers for the payment of their installments and the customers are advised to use RIAV forms for payment clearance and avail of the 20 percent discount.
